What is an External Verification

An EXTERNAL VERIFICATION sends your customer a link for them to do a Biometric Facial Liveliness Check and submit Identity Documents using their computer or mobile device.


An External Verification is a verification that is performed by sending a link to your customer for them to complete the verification flow on a computer or mobile device.


This is a quick and easy way to have your customers complete the verification process at their convenience. The process takes only minutes.


Fill in your customer's name and email address to create the record. You will be given opportunity to send an email to them after creation.
