Creating a New Internal Verification

From your Dashboard, click on Verifications.




You will be taken to a Verifications List page.


This page will show you the results of any Verifications you have already created.


It will also allow you to create new ones by clicking on the button to the right of the screen:




For this example, click on Create a New Internal Verification.


An INTERNAL VERIFICATION uses data you have about your customer WITHOUT contacting them.


You will need to provide a first and last name for the customer and then press to proceed:




You will then be taken to a screen where you should fill in as much information as you have available about the customer.  The more information that you provide will ensure that our verification system is able to provide you with a solid match for AML purposes.




On the next screen, you will be given an option to upload an Identity Document for your customer.


Uploading an Identity Document greatly increases the ability of the system to match a customer for database check purposes.  




In the example below, for Australia, you can choose to upload a:

  • Passport
  • Drivers Licence
  • ID Card
  • Residency Permit




Or, if you do not have a document available, you can select to proceed without:




The final screen will ask you to confirm and then proceed with the verification:




Checks will then be conducted and a PDF report emailed to you within minutes.
